Woodcrest Junior High

Our English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) meets four (4) times each school year to: 

• Advise the principal and staff in developing & evaluating our site plan to meet the needs of English learners and submitting the plan to the School Site Council for consideration of inclusion in the School Plan for Student Achievement. 
• Assist in the development of the schoolwide needs assessment. 
• Discuss ways to make parents aware of the importance of regular school attendance. 

Our ELAC meetings will be held on the following dates: 10/9/24, 1/15/25, 3/5/25, and 5/8/25. 
Please join us for our 1st ELAC meeting on Wednesday, October 9 at 2:00pm.  The meeting will be held virtually on Zoom.
